These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and www.winph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the www.winph website, mobile interface, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the www.winph platform, or using any of the Services in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Services.

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to register accounts on www.winph.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any such person employed by www.winph or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the www.winph platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any recognized responsible gaming authority in the Philippines.

www.winph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

To access the full range of Services on www.winph, you are required to register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes.

• Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on www.winph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• You must notify www.winph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
• Account registration is free of charge. www.winph does not charge any fee for creating a player account.

www.winph reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

www.winph supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and your account verification status.
• All funds deposited into your www.winph account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. www.winph may request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits or a verified account in the player's name.
• www.winph does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
• www.winph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of anti-money laundering (AML) checks or identity verification procedures.

www.winph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, as well as the general provisions set out in this section.

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Each promotion is available to eligible players only. www.winph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, or per device, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• www.winph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or collusion, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately. Real money funds are used first unless the applicable promotion terms specify otherwise.

All games available on the www.winph platform — including live casino games, slots, and bingo — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

• All game outcomes on www.winph are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, by physical game outcomes conducted by professional dealers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, www.winph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
• Bets placed and accepted by the system are final. www.winph is not responsible for errors made by players when placing bets, including incorrect bet amounts or selections.
• www.winph reserves the right to suspend or remove any game from the platform at any time without prior notice.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing gameplay. www.winph is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the www.winph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to www.winph support immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward www.winph staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by any person under 21 years of age.

www.winph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all registered players. The platform provides a suite of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity and expenditure.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gambling has become problematic may request permanent self-exclusion from www.winph. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications remind players of the time elapsed and the net amount wagered during their current session.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by www.winph is governed by the www.winph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• www.winph collects personal data necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance.
• Your data is processed in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
• www.winph may share your data with regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR and the AMLC, where required by law.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

All content on the www.winph platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of www.winph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the www.winph platform without prior written consent.
• The www.winph name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of www.winph. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, www.winph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or Services.

• www.winph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of Services.
• www.winph is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond its reasonable control.
• The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. www.winph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Services for any particular purpose.
• In no event shall www.winph's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

• You may close your www.winph account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method.
• www.winph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account immediately and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred.
• Upon termination for cause, www.winph may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, balances may be forfeited and the matter referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after account closure.

www.winph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the www.winph website. Where changes are material, www.winph will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the www.winph platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and www.winph, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or, where applicable, to the dispute resolution mechanisms established by PAGCOR.

Nothing in this section shall limit www.winph's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
